Milk Frother Comparison: Zyliss vs Store Brand

3 ratings | 120 views
In this video I do a comparison demonstration of 2 new milk frothers. One has the more common wand with a circular coil head, the other has a basket or cage-like frothing wand/head. (When rinsing the Zyliss frother off camera with it running, the battery cover came off in the sink from the vibration!) To be fair, I did try to use the Zyliss frother again but the vibration is just too strong to control and the battery cover keeps popping off during use. :( I think the Zyliss model had a good idea but poor execution. The World Market/Cost Plus model runs much more smoothly and makes a beautiful froth that can be smoothed out to micro-foam with a little bit of practice. :) Here are the links to both frothers: https://www.worldmarket.com/product/handheld-battery-operated-milk-frothers-set-of-2.do?sortby=ourPicks https://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/zyliss-reg-milk-frother-in-red/1043776047 EDIT: In the video I stated pour-over coffee when I meant to say COLD BREW. oops! My channel contains video reviews of products I own & have purchased with my own money. I am not in any way affiliated with any company that manufactures, sells or represents these products. My intent is to be helpful in sharing my own experience with these products. It also contains DIY projects that are for craft and/or information purposes only and should not be construed as expert or medical advice.

UPDATE: Just 3 weeks after purchasing the World Market milk frother, the wand fell out of the handle! It started wobbling badly just before it broke. I never used it for anything other than milk, (no heavy cream, eggs, etc.). The hunt continues.......
