Make sure you like share and subscribe to TrekTrendy for more luxury travel from around the world: http://bit.ly/1WNqym8 Recently I experienced one of the most incredible, yet off the beaten track, holidays I’ve had in a long time; the Sultanate of Oman. This gorgeous country seems distant to what many may think as a suggested holiday destination, but I can assure you, it’s AMAZING! In a two part series I have documented my trip over to the sultanate, firstly exploring the opulence of the Shangri La Barr Al Jissah Resort Muscat, and then embarking on a road trip down to Nizwa and up into the mountains. You’ll notice the stark contrast between the sea side and the mountains, and perhaps find more about a place which you haven’t seen much about before. For those of you familiar with Oman I hope i’ve given a provocative insight into a perspective of luxury travel in the country, and inspired at least a couple of trips to the world class Al Husn wing at the Shangri-La. In this part of the trip I show you around the Al Husn, the club rooms, the stunning views, beaches, lazy river and even take you on a 30c run along the coastline. Whilst there was so much to see and do in the hotel you really couldn’t beat relaxing in one of the many pools or having a refreshing dip in the Indian ocean! Keep subscribed for part 2 where I head out to Muscat, Nizwa and the mountains where I stay in the exclusive 5* Alila Jabal Akhdar as well as go 4x4 offroading! I actually have aback log of vlogs where I keep going away, im nearly finished on a Croatia vlog, then I went to tomorrowland in Belgium, then a festival in amsterdam... I'm off to stockholm for 2 nights this weekend, then Berlin for 2 nights the weekend after. It seems we go away just as much as each other, That sounds good, I haven't heard of Kalingrad, I would actually love to go to Russia so I will keep an eye out for your video ;D

Great idea lad. Where you off to next? And yeah you've got some great content so well worth a watch. I may have the opportunity to visit Kalingrad in a few weeks, the Russian enclave in between Latvia and Poland. Visa is like 70 euros on arrival which is better than a usual Russian visa where you have to go to the embassy in London... will let you know how it goes aha

Me too! I agree, I like to step out of my comfort zone :) I'm all good dude, hope you are too and thanks, nice to know someone is watching my videos haha. I want to clear up that Baltic region to be honest, Tallin and either Kaunas/Vilnius/Palanga are also on the list :D

Thanks man :) trying to visit lots of different places, it's even more exciting when you're not too sure what to expect of the place before you get there. Hope you're well, I enjoyed your Riga vlog, that's on my list!
