237 ratings | 12251 views
In this CSS tutorial for beginners, we'll take a look at the final two properties of the box mode - width and height. Width and height can be given static or dynamic values (pixels or percentages/ems), depending on what you need. Working with percentage widths are a great way to develop responsive websites and pixel widths are best used for elements which you reeeaaally don't want to change width/height. Anyway, peace out, have fun, keep coding & don't forget to subscribe :). Is 100% and auto the same thing?
Madhusudhan (29 days ago)
no not same if u declaring auto it will automatically adjust size in both sides ex if u giving 80% it defaultly in left side and 20% space in right side so declaring margin:auto; it automatically take the both sides .

What should I do if I want the second inline-box element to be displayed under the first?
Harut M (4 months ago)
you just simply declare it as block instead of inline-block

Sir how can we set contents inside 70% div elements... for example images , links headings etc
Jakub Frankovič (1 year ago)
I dont know if I understand you, but if you want to set a size of any image to e.g. 70%, you should create an unique class for it and then code..
