When you look in the mirror, are you happy with what you see? Or do you stare at yourself, pinching your fat away, lifting up your butt, pushing in your boobs, wishing you looked like a VS supermodel? It's hard to be content with the shape of your body when people are constantly telling you how fat you are. The backhanded compliments, the mean comments, the cyber bullying - all of this messes with us...and it hurts. What if getting flat abs and bigger boobs was as easy as a click. What if you could stop all the hate and just photoshop yourself right now, in real life? What would you change?
Please share this video to battle body shaming and cyber bullying.

We all are humans....and not some machine made objects. Whatever one does....There'll always be someone to criticize just like that... Ignore them all...and Enjoy Life...!!
There is a song..." KUCH TO LOG KAHENGE.....LOGO KA KAAM H KEHNA....CHODO BEKAR KI BAATON ME KAHI...BEET NAA JAE RAINA"
People will say something.... because its their work....Leave such bullshit and live your present!!
She isn’t fat!! The point she’s trying to make is that no matter how hard you work or how much weight you lose, people will never be satisfied and will call you fat which a very toxic trait in our society. We are making people hate their bodies because they’re not the “prefect” shape when we should be celebrating all body types and encouraging each other
Just do exercise i would recommend 'lumowell' its a youtube channel and is very helpful :) it rly does works I do exercise like 4-5 times a week for like 10 mis each and have noticed differences in my face and body u should try it rly does work !!
chaudhry Chaudhry that is true, and I know it’s fine to have a few extra pounds on your body, but I just really want to get rid of the belly that can sit on my legs and the somewhat of a double chin I have.
Being Plus Size on any Social Media platform is a struggle. All of a sudden people are “Doctors” and “Nutritionists” and don’t you dare love yourself because it blows people’s minds that we aren’t hiding in a corner somewhere sad! I’m 5’4” tall, 211 pounds and I’m a proud Thick Woman! To me every BODY is beautiful and there just isn’t one look there is many and they are all out of this world drop dead beautiful! The second you stop looking for someone else in the mirror and start looking at YOU. Is the second you will start to appreciate what you are, you are PERFECT!
I watched this video a long time ago and just watched it again for some reason anyways... the one “all trainers have a 6 pack why don’t you” REALLY bothered me... like... what if you don’t want a six pack.... she probably doesn’t because they aren’t like feminine looking and stuff some are... but most are bulky and manly looking she looks so toned and gorgeous 😍 even if she wanted a six pack or not... it’s wrong for someone to devote their lives to being a fitness trainer and not be happy with their own body... because they work to get the “trainers natural body” that’s just wrong... anyways you’re beautiful and people are so awful.... seriously you’re beautiful and your body is amazing... and whoever your spouse is/is gonna be he will find it to be perfect... sorry idk if your married 😂
Everybody is perfect in their own no matter how big or small butt you have, no matter how big your boobs or how small they. You are in the world because ur special and everyone would have looked the same way and if everyone was special that wouldn't be so special, that's why everyone is different because they are special xxxxxxxx💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💞💞💞💞💓💓💓💓💘💘💘💘💝💝💝💝
Btw that tan was 😻😻😻😻
I used to feel this way about my body to be honest 3 years ago when a guy who I am still in love with left me. I thought that if I had just the "right look", I'd be okay, but now I realize that that man who I still love did probably think I was beautiful, perhaps more beautiful than anyone in the world, and for that I'm thankful! I feel good about myself now more than ever. I used to have a small, weak body of 120 pounds, but now I'm at a healthier weight of 160. I hope each and every one of you accepts your body the way it is!
Friendly reminder that the number of calories in diets many will go on in an attempt to change their bodies like this, is often so low that it can be comparable to historical famines.
For example, women were dying - yes, actually dying - of diets of 1,300 calories a day under Mao’s regime.
Healthy adult men voluntarily joined the Minnesota Starvation Project (it was a study conducted to gain data on how to help vaccins of starvation and famine at the end of WW2) where they got 1,560 calories a day. One man cut three of his own fingers off, and couldn’t remember why, that’s how profound the mental effects of starvation were.
Remember that 1200 calories is the recommended calorie intake for a 5 year old child.
In the United States, the Bush administration argued that torturing prisoners by giving them 1,000 calories a day (aka, starving them) was “medically safe” because of the diet industry.
What you’re doing to yourself when you’re dieting is LITERALLY the same as what is happening to prisoners being tortured by the state, and victims of famine.
Beautiful message. There IS no “perfect body”. Everyone has their own set point, some people tend to run a little more slim than others, some people a little more thick. That doesn’t make anyone more or less healthy than the rest.
I’m reading comments like “if she’s fat, then I’m _____” but that’s not the message Cassie has been trying to spread throughout her career. You shouldn’t be talking so negatively about yourself no matter how you look like. The point of her videos, yes, is to get fit but also to teach yourself to not only accept but LOVE what you see in the mirror. She wants you to see your strengths and own them, and also see what you can work towards to bring out the best version of yourself.
“Beauty” changes from decade to decade and it’s impossible to keep chasing trends. And that’s why Cassie is a FITNESS instructor and not just showing you how to get skinny. She’s teaching you how to bring out the best that YOUR body can be, not whatever standard the world set today. You’re your own project to work on however you see fit and whatever pace you choose and just as long as you’re going forward and challenging yourself that’s what I think being a popster is all about! ♥️♥️♥️
Lol to have the perfect body in 2019 you have to have a massive butt and huge boobs but also a thigh gap (even thought you’d need those muscles to support the butt??!?) as well as clear skin, a waist like Barbie, and a six-pack. Also you can’t eat because bloating XD.
This is kinda sad!!! Even the models in magazines don't look perfect. It photochop! Our faws make everyone unique and who u are. Not walking plastic. Reminds me of twighlight zone " number 12 looks just like you"
But I would have toned arm muscles, I would have an 8 pack, I wouldn’t have naturally thick thighs, a bigger butt, I would have a fantastic waist. But i dont, and im trying to love my body the way it is but it’s hard when the ppl u spend time with have the bigger but, the thinner legs, the smaller waist. Just learn to love urself they way u r.
I used to want to change the same things she changed in the video. But now that I am realizing, she actually looked more beautiful without those changes, and after she just looked kind of fake, and it was upsetting. So I am choosing not to change anything because in the end I am me and there is nothing more real than that.
Everyone think in different kind of way sometimes you see a body and you think it’s perfect and others see it too fat or too skinny or weird so it depends on what you think perfect body is what you like.
People saying "if she's fat then I must be enormous!" are really missing the point here. Her videos have always been about being happy and healthy... it doesn't matter what size you are! Why should we feel pressure to change because of what people think?
I always thought of myself as fat because of the strech marks I had on my thighs.
Whenever I looked in the mirror I would see 2 bulges above my hips. After many months, I finally realised yesterday that these "bulges" were my ribs..
F or 25 years we have provided deluxe wilderness outpost fishing trips from our Armstrong location into beautiful Wabakimi Provincial Park and surrounding lakes.
Yes, we take you where the fishing is extraordinary , but there is more than fishing. Yearly family gatherings sharing a wilderness experience in comfort. Father - son (or daughter) bonding trips or Husband and wife celebrating a second honeymoon with the added spectacular outpost fishing or `the buddy trips where the tall tales get taller.
Its a big time stress reliever! . how do you think about anything else when you are fighting a fish?
Greg and I had a great week. we caught over 1000 walleye. There were well over 200 in the slot size (>18"). This is the most large walleye that have ever been caught on a trip to whiteclay for me. The slot size protection is working. It seems that each trip has more large fish being caught. Our largest northern was 43". It was caught on a jig while walleye fishing.
Greg and I sent see what you missed letters to about a dozen folks. Hope that translates into a large group for next June. . Fran and I are looking forward to the August fishing trip .

Received your card. Congratulations on 25 Years! We speak often about the great times we had at Ogoki! A Tribute to you both!
Best Regards, Rich Craddock.
What a nice surprise to find your post card in my mail yesterday. Twenty-five years is a long time to do anything; much less a business like yours with all the uncertainties of weather, exchange-rates, two-country economies, etc. There is a reason why your business has survived and (hopefully) thrived. you do the wilderness fishing experience better than anyone in the outdoor sport vacation business.
Dear Judy and Paul,
Congratulations on 25 years. I have many fond memories of my time with Jack at Ogoki. Hope all is well with you.
. . . Nicole will take you on a guided tour!
This website will take you every step of the way for a worry free fishing vacation!
Let us introduce ourselves; Judy & Paul Boucher and family. Weve been doing this for 25 years and have learned a thing or two on how to take the worry out of the wilderness experience. Our staff will help you with anything you may not understand or solve any mechanical glitch right away. In short: we treat you like family!
Just a note to let you know our recent fishing junket to your Mojikit South Outpost.
Ive been coming to Armstrong area since 1972 and have probably flown in with 6-7 different outfitters over the years to numerous outposts. Your Mojikit South camp is clearly the nicest camp I have been to. The cabin is beautiful and roomy. Great kitchen and dining area. Beautiful screened in deck and outside porch overlooking the channel. Large chest freezer and a frig that actually keeps things cold. Screened in fishing cleaning house with running water. Bedrooms that are roomy. Vaulted ceiling the the cabin is a plus. The cabin is centrally located to both the lake and the Ogoki Reservoir.
The boats are the best that Ive ever experienced at an outpost. The inside bottoms consist of flat carpeted panels. easy to get in and out of. 1st time Ive fished an outpost with "dry" feet. The boats had comfortable swivel seats and 15 & 20 hp 4-stroke engines that worked great.
We will definitely be back. Everything about Ogoki Frontier was quality. My two grandchildren had the time of their lives, as did the other 2 members of our party. Thanks for the memories.
