http://www.evancarmichael.com/support/ - SUPPORT ME :) Like this video? Please give it a thumbs up below and/or leave a comment - Thank you!!! In this video I answer a question from one my readers who asked: Hi Evans am thinking of starting a tour company that would also source accommodation for its clients and would take clients to any destination in kenya for a reasonable fee.I have carried out a research to find out how we need to introduce ourselves in the market and also researched on things like competition and how to stand out from the rest also marketing whereby we need to network with agencies abroad and also from the east so that they can be sending us clients for a commission.I have contacted a few of them through the internet and they are positive. Our target group is local and international tourists, honeymooners, corporates having trips and team building activities. Our international airport here in nairobi also gets tourists who have no idea which tour company is taking care of them so the taxi drivers at the airport are also our target whereby when they bring clients we shall give them a commission based on the package the clients are taking. So it is a noble idea but the financial part to implement it is a problem.Am passionate about it because i have worked in the hospitality industry all my life so at least i got experience and the know how. I hope you will also like the idea. Thanks. Kind regards, Christine Githaiga.

11 Amazing Things To Do in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

07:33
Get more things to do in Kuala Lumpur, and travel tips: http://migrationology.com/2014/02/kuala-lumpur-travel-guide-food-lovers/ I'm Mark Wiens and thank you very much for watching this video about a few of the top things to do in Kuala Lumpur, a city that just happens to be one of my favorite cities to visit in Southeast Asia. It's the largest and probably the most important and influential city in Malaysia and truly has some amazing sites to offer. Along with modern skyrise towers like the Petronas Towers, there are still lots of traditional historic buildings as well. The awesome mixture of cultures, the mix of traditional and modern, and very importantly, the outstanding cuisine is what makes Kuala Lumpur such a great city to explore! 1. On this list of top things to do in Kuala Lumpur I first stop by the most famous landmark of the the city: the Petronas Towers. These twin giant sky scrapers are huge, and they literally reach towards the heavens and touch the clouds. On the bottom of the Petronas Towers is a pretty fancy shopping mall while the tops of the towers are filled with offices. On the 41st and 42nd floor, there is a sky bridge which connects the two towers together and which is open for visitors. Years ago, it used to be free entrance but unfortunately now they have started to charge a rather steep 80 Malaysian Ringgits per person. 2. After the visiting the Petronas towers, number two on the list is the historical district of old Kuala Lumpur. Visiting and walking around the area is one of the top things to do in Kuala Lumpur and you shouldn't miss the opportunity. From Merdeka Square to the old railroad station, you'll see some amazing architecture and buildings. Another must visit is the National Mosque, which is known as Masjid Negara. With a capacity of 15,000, this is the central and most visited mosque in the city. 3. The Menara KL Tower, along with the Petronas Towers, is one of the dominating features of Kuala Lumpur's skyline. At 421 meters in height, it's one of the world's tallest communications towers. I was lucky enough to be invited to the annual BASE jumping event which was held at the KL Tower so I had a pass to go to the top for the incredible view and to see the event (http://migrationology.com/2012/10/jordan-kilgore-base-jump-kuala-lumpur/). The KL Tower also offer look out viewpoints and a number of restaurants where you can dine with an incredible view. 4. Number 4 is Little India which is better known as Brickfields. Kuala Lumpur is home to many Indian's many from the south of the country. Brickfields is a popular place to browse, shop for all sorts of Indian products and most importantly to eat at some seriously delicious Indian restaurants. If you're looking for good Indian food in Kuala Lumpur, check out this restaurant: http://migrationology.com/2012/11/south-indian-food-kuala-lumpur-vishalatchi/ 5. Chinatown, located on Petaling Street, is one of the biggest Kuala Lumpur attractions. It's mostly known for it street shopping and restaurants. You can find all sorts of fake brand names and nearly everything imaginable. 6. Thean Hou Temple is one of the most impressive Daoist temples in Kuala Lumpur. It's free to visit and offers insights into the Hainanese community in the city and there are also great views of the city. 7. Central Market, is a top tourist shopping attraction in Kuala Lumpur. Though many of the products are rather touristy, there are some good things waiting to be found. 8. Within central Kuala Lumpur are the KL Lake Gardens and Bird Park. It makes a great tropical escape to the bustling city life. 9. The Batu Caves, located just outside the central part of the city is one of the best things to do in Kuala Lumpur. The caves and shrines are one of the most sacred Hindu sites outside of India. 10. Chow Kit Market is the central fresh wet market in the city. Everyday thousands of shoppers get their Malaysian food ingredients at this interesting market. 11. Malaysian food is the ultimate attraction to visiting Kuala Lumpur. With a great mixture of local Malay, Chinese, and Indian, there's no shortage of incredible dining that will leave you satisfied and hungry for more! For myself, eating is one of the best things to do in Kuala Lumpur! Hope you enjoyed this list and hope you have a wonderful visit! Music in this video is Feel Free by Joe Sacco. In this video I answer a question from one my readers who asked: "Hello Evan, I am Tomal Dass from India. I always love to read all your articles about business and entrepreneurial leadership. It always fills me with new energy. It helps me a lot to learn a lot from the experiences of well known businessmen arround the world. Recently I was working in a partnership in event management business, We were new in the market and we didn't have any capital to rotate in Business. We were working to start a music festival in Central India. I belong to the city named Indore. It is the business capital of India and I figured out that there is a great scope in this region for a musical festival as there is no competition in this sector. We tried to go for sponsorship for bigger companies who's products are related to youth, as musical festival is related to youth. We were unable to generate any fund out of that. I thought may be we were new to this market that is why companies were not sponsoring us. Then we went for local businessmen for sponsorships and this one also didn't worked. So finally I planned for doing something off the grid. I planned to take a loan of 20% money for the event and ask any bigger Business firm to give their names for the sponsorships for free so that other business firms would also sponsor us. Then I dropped that idea because i didn't know that it's ethically right or not and will it work or not. Please guide me with this if you can. I would learn more from your articles. Regards, Tomal"

Malaysia Airlines booking promotion for 2012, get huge discounts NOW!

01:50
Visit http://www.flightfounder.com/malaysia-airlines-online-booking for latest flight promotions. Book your flight ticket at cheap price. Check the link above to get air fare discounts for MAS and Air Asia. ================================ Why you should consider online booking? ================================ Traveling by plane is sometimes the only viable way to get from one point to another, so today we are going to approach the topic of how to book flight ticket online. Think about having to go from Paris to Rio de Janeiro. Not only is it faster to get there by plane, but the prices on tickets have dropped considerably, since the majority of people nowadays considering flying just as mundane as driving a car. The best part about traveling by air is that the price of tickets differs quite a lot, depending on the services you wish to benefit from during your flight. For example, meals on board will add an extra fee to your total costs, just as access to in-flight movies and gaming will also increase the price. But today, we have the so called “low cost” flights which can provide you with tickets for prices as low as $20, especially if they have been bought in advance. 1# Avoid the crowd - Book flight ticket online And since you most likely want to avoid the crowd at the airport or you are too busy to head down to a traveling agency, you can now book flight ticket online: all you need is internet connection, a credit card with some money and 7 to 10 spare minutes at your disposal. You can either visit the website of a specific airline company if you have one that you're more comfortable with, or you can go to a website that contains information about all flights of all airline companies, this giving you the possibility to compare and choose from a wide variety of offers and services. Thanks to the advanced online filters, you can enter specific data, like the departure date, number of people traveling with you and so forth. After you have chosen the airline company you want to travel with and the specific flight, you will be redirected to a webpage that will allow you to make a secure online payment. If you are somehow skeptical when it comes to using your credit card for an online purchase, please note that tens of thousands of people are using online flight ticket booking and pay using this method, because it is safe and it helps them save precious time. 2# Book flight ticket online with secure payment methods You will be told exactly what data is needed and, once you have selected the payment method, typed in the required information and accepted the transaction, you are good to go. The company will send you an e-mail with an electronic version of your ticket: all you have to do is to print it and present it at the airport at the check in. As you can see, if you are looking to book a flight ticket online, things are pretty easy. You just need to make sure that you are using official websites to make online purchases because phishing is still a phenomenon we have to deal with, hackers creating websites identical to the original one with the purpose of retrieving your credit card information. But these types of scams usually start off with you receiving an e-mail with the hackers trying to impersonate a representative of your bank, so it has nothing to do with booking your airline ticket.

Learn Business English - 1 - How to Start a Business - How to Think Like an Entrepreneur

18:57
http://www.englishanyone.com/speak-fluent-english-confidently-in-6-months/ Start expressing yourself clearly and confidently in English today with our complete 6 month fluency training video course! :) Buy Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad: http://amzn.to/OW0Vy9 Video lesson 1 transcript Hello and welcome to a brand new video series from EnglishAnyone.com! I'm always telling students that if they want to get fluent in English faster, they should stop studying the English language. What you really want to do, so you stay excited and motivated, is to study something you're interested in IN ENGLISH. So, whatever that happens to be, focus on that thing and you will enjoy learning, but also improve your English at the same time. This video series is about business and entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur is a person that builds businesses, or comes up with ideas and gets people together to do something interesting. So, I will be teaching you about business as I learn as well. I've just joined a brand new program that I'll be learning online, and I'll be sharing the successes and the failures, and a lot of the lessons I learn along the way to help both of us, not only improve your English, for people that are learning English, but also for other entrepreneurs and people that want to learn how to build businesses. I know there's a lot of information out there, but hopefully, working together, using your comments and ideas and questions, along with my videos, we'll both be able to come up with some really great ideas, and both, everyone, will be able to learn a lot. This first video lesson is all about... uhhh... kind of... my history, but, also, business fundamentals. And, the way I changed the way I started thinking about business to start getting much better... uhhh... as an entrepreneur, as far as how I think. Let's get to it! Alright, first of all, for those of you who don't know who I am, because many different people will be watching this, not just English learners, my name is Drew Badger and I'm the co-founder of EnglishAnyone.com. I help teach people all over the world how to learn English, but my job is really more of a problem solver. I teach students the language, but what I'm really doing is helping them build confidence and helping them connect with the English language a lot more easily. But before I talk about any more about learning English or teaching English, I want to talk about, in this lesson, first, about how I became interested in business in the first place. I've always been really excited about solving problems and, if I see something that, maybe, looks a little bit weird, or I wonder why the hell people do something like that, then I immediately start thinking of ideas and ways to improve it. So, in the same that I'm thinking about how to make the English language easier to understand for students, I also think, every day, about why this company does this, or why this group of people does that. But all of these are examples of learning to think in a different way, and one of the best ways to try to solve a problem, and create a lot of happiness and wealth for other people, is to help them solve problems with businesses. So, I began doing that when I was younger, but one of my favorite examples is I used to throw parties... So, to have a party or to make a party is to throw a party... uhhh... for profit back in college. I had a lot of fun doing this. I would talk to people about what kind of party they wanted, and then I would get people together, and we would get food and drinks, and we would have better parties than the fraternities were throwing... uhhh... back at school. And I was able to make something fun that people were excited about, but I was also able to make money doing that, so we were able to make bigger and bigger parties. But, one of the things I learned in college was really about how to think about business more clearly. And a book that I found, you know, you, kind of, hear from other people about great business books when you start wanting to research business, and this book was Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. There's a link right down below this video. It's an affiliate link. An affiliate link means if you click on it and purchase the book, then I would get a percentage about that. I'd get a percentage of that sale. So, you don't have to click on it if you don't want to, but this book changed my life and I'm gonna talk a little bit about it right now... http://www.englishanyone.com/speak-fluent-english-confidently-in-6-months/

trucking company tips - a letter from a driver and my comments

07:40
Trucking company tips are for managers who have lost their way. Seems to be common. Why don't you treat your drivers like gold. They can boost your profits like nothing else. (Read this to get insight, more words from me and feedback from drivers http://www.lifeasatrucker.com/trucking-industry-changes.html) Supposed you treated them the way you would want to be treated if you were a trucker. Think about the boost in morale, loyalty, the unity among team members. Supposed you made it a vow to get them home more often than 3 weeks at a time so their families were happier. This would mean that their attitudes would be better. They would also be more focused when out on the road if stressed less about their family falling apart at home. Why not ask for their input to improve the company. Why not encourage healthy habits as part of driver meetings. Provide speakers about time, healthy lifestyles, relationships, time management, finance, parenting, planning ahead, and goal setting. The more organized and successful their personal lives, the better drivers they make. If you are also treating them as family or at least a team, and properly compensate them. You wouldn't have to worry about turn over or customer satisfaction. What if you had that type of company"? You can

Zero G Flight - Parabolic Flight With The Airbus A300 Of Novespace

07:10
Because of Novespace's (owner of the Airbus Zero G) decision to reorganise the commercial flights after June 17, 2015 - we will not be able to offer the European zeroG flights at the moment. The flight with our customers (already booked) will happen on June 17, 2015, with Novespace's new Airbus A-310 "Zero G". But no of the sellers will be able to offer new upcoming flights after April 29. Sorry about this and thanks for your understanding. Beginning with 2013 also Europe has now its own possibility that you will feel the awesome feeling of weightlessness: from two destinations, Bordeaux and Paris (Le Bourget) the Airbus A300 of "Novespace" will take you to weightlessness conditions! You will feel during the 2 hours flight 15 parabolas, 2 Mars G (1/3 G Earth gravity), 2 Moon G (1/6 G Earth gravity) and 11 Zero G (0G). The special flight manoeuvres of the Airbus will make this parabolic flight very comfortable for you. You are seated during ascent and descent, and you will have a lot of space still around you! All flights will be attending from Jean-François Clervoy, European Space Agency astronaut, Novespace Chairman. Song "Atmosphere" by DigitalR3public https://soundcloud.com/digitalr3public

how to create your own brand, product line, private labeling,

01:22:57
Must see! Don't miss out! Make money by making your own products and selling them. You can get it packaged by Gables Cosmetics. S. Miller, the chemist of the company, explains what it takes to make your products, what are the ingredients, how much it will cost him, and what do you need to market. Learn how women will buy your product line; do you want natural or not. Get business advice. Learn how the first soap and shampoo were made and who made it first. Do you want to make silicone for shiny hair? Learn where to get it; what chemical companies have it, and how to market it. Learn how was Redken created. How many product lines did Jerry Redding make and lose it to his women (wives at a time). About Nexus, Joico, Sebastian, Paul Mitchel and L'Oreal. How did L'Oreal win over Clairol. Does it mean Clairol is not "worth it?" Most products have the same ingredients, but different sales pitches make different prices. To buy brand or not to buy brand. Shampoo ingredients; water, SLS (sodium Laureth Lulfate) or Ammonium Laureth Sulfate; those are the ingredients, the rest are buffers for marketing. Thick or thin shampoo; the salt is the matter. Salt makes shampoo to thicken, but, is it good for you? How much do you pay for shampoo. How much does it cost. $14 cents a gallon for gel? Yes, it is possible. Watch how S. Miller makes gel in front of your eyes; water, carbopol, color and perfume. Add salt if you want it to magically turn into a spray gel. About Johnny B and his gel accident that became a popular gel. Learn about cuticle oil, it's pricing and mineral oil as the main ingredient. Did Germans invent the detergent. What company started to manufacture silicone; is it really made of sand? Is coconut oil organic; do they mix acetone with it? Gel or mouse? Which one to chose as a styling aid for your hair. An eye opener video, so much information for cosmetologists, barbers, beauty school students, salon professionals, entrepreneurs who would like to make money by making their own products through private labeling and making it a popular brand. Where to sell it; is Costco a good choice to diversify your products that were exclusive to salons when you started to market it. Learn marketing techniques. Video by beautyhealthtravel channel. Guest speaker S. MIller.

13 Car Buying Mistakes - How Auto Dealerships rip you off - How to buy a Vehicle from a Car Dealer

08:00
SUBSCRIBE HERE!! https://www.youtube.com/kevinhunter7 How do you buy a car from a dealership, with cash, with no credit, with bad credit? Here are the best car buying tips available today! See our latest video "TOP 10 Tips to get the BEST CAR DEAL" (10 best car buying tips / advice) at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lik6d0mcNp4 Are you a savvy car shopper who needs a little car buying advice? Kevin Hunter hosts "The Business Forum Show" outlines the 13 car mistakes to avoid making at the dealership. See the new video on "Getting Pre-Approved on Car Loans!" at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KSmB3HE90E CATEGORIES: car, truck, suv, auto, used cars, autos, mechanic, automobile, vehicle, dealer, automotive news, auto shop, warranty. People in the car business who profit from your mistakes by taking advantage of you will rant about things we share here and disagree with the content, but don't be fooled by their rhetoric. A dishonest car salesperson absolutely loves an ignorant car shopper. We will try to help you avoid the common mistakes, and assist you in sorting the facts from the baloney in this business. We profit nothing regardless of what you choose to do, and we don't mind if you choose to not use the information. If you do, you'll find yourself walking away with a much better car deal. If you don't, you don't have much room to complain when this stuff happens. How do Car Dealers rip you off? This video presents 13 different car buying mistakes that you can't afford to make when car shopping. If you're going to car shop and don't want to be taken advantage of, it's up to you to learn about car salesmen and auto dealerships, and the dirty tricks they play to rip people off. You also need to learn about the scams and inappropriate products sold by both new and used car dealers, and why some things dealers offer should NEVER be purchased. These include things like the theft protection scam, GAP insurance that is sold to consumers who either didn't need it, or could have purchased much cheaper from their own insurance agent, and extended warranties that are often sold to buyers who didn't want them or need them. To make matters worse, there are also thousands of car dealers who employ finance officers that are some of the most unscrupulous people you'll ever meet, willing to tell you any lie they can come up with to sell you everything I've described, and more. The worst ones will even claim your interest rate on your loan is only available if you buy all the added products they are proposing. They claim the 'bank' wants the car protected.... which is BS... On the contrary, the bank wants your loan as small as possible so if they need to repossess the car, they can get their money out of it. This video was published to help you discover how you can save time and money on your next new or used car purchase by doing your homework first, and then going car shopping as an informed buyer. Is it unreasonable to expect a little old-fashioned honesty? We don't think so, but we are more than amused by the countless car salespeople or car dealers who contact us and state that we are making a 'small problem' sound far worse than it is. They also tell us the entire video is completely fabricated baloney. Really? Are you kidding us? We know there are honest people in the car business, and we receive positive comments from many of them, but it's definitely a buyer beware world out on the car lot! For all of you car buyers who are well steeped in reality, if you watched the video "Confessions of a car dealers backroom" you need to see this video. By understanding what mistakes to avoid, you'll not only become a smarter car buyer, but you'll also better understand what not to tell a car dealer when buying a car. It's true that you can play all your cards up front with an honest dealer, but unfortunately, they represent the minority of dealer owners (truly transparent and honest dealers make up about 40% of all dealers), and you are unlikely to know the difference until it's far too late. Be smart, do your homework, and you'll come home with a car deal that's good for you and the dealer. After all, that's what fairness is all about. We don't endorse anyone being ripped off, and that includes some customers who think it's 'justice' to turn tables and try to 'steal' a car from a dealer. If you do stuff like this, that makes you a crook too, doesn't it? When a car dealer loses money on a deal, they just take it from the next unsuspecting person. We don't think your neighbor should have to pay for your car, so we encourage you to be fair and honest. Everything we talk about has to do with fairness and honesty, and that works both ways. Respect the dealers right to make money in your quest to get a fair and honest car deal. It's this kind of attitude by car dealers and consumers alike that will change the car business. Adapting an Indian Travel Site to MENA: Tarique Khatri of Cleartrip.com [Wamda TV]

09:47
Tarique Khatri, Senior Vice President at Cleartrip.com, discusses his company's expansion from India to the Middle East. Khatri discusses the importance of localization in travel content websites by simply offering deals in different currencies and payment methods. Cleartrip has been careful not to brand themselves as solely an Indian company; they are working to be useful for customers in MENA as well. "We are possibly the only website in the region who has a majority of the low-cost carriers on our site," Khatri points out. The advantage of working with these carriers accounts for 25% of Cleartrip's business. Khatri also explains how Cleartrip is working to ensure the success of its expansion by adapting to the markets in each country.
