That is, dealers are having their friends and family bid against you. One way to catch this is to look at their previous sales and on-going auctions. Usually you will see the same 10 or so bidders on almost every car. This is illegal and we don't do it. #2 There are a lot of scams on Ebay where people win an auction and then send in a deposit, never to hear anything ever again.
