Chicken Adobo Recipe - Pai's Kitchen

As requested by Philip Galanaga and Neil Gerald Ruiz, here's my version of Filipino chicken adobo! With few ingredients and steps, this is easily a weeknight dinner material, and it'll also work in a slow cooker! It might look rich but the cane vinegar makes it bright and tart. I love Filipino food, and this is one of my favourites! Thai-Style Chicken Stock Recipe น้ําสต๊อกไก่ - Hot Thai Kitchen!

05:40
The importance of a good stock cannot be overstated, especially when making a soup, stew, or sauces. I am so passionate about this I even wrote about it in my cookbook. And considering how easy it is (almost no effort, it just takes some time!) there should be no reason why you shouldn't! And when cooking Asian food there is an even bigger reason why you should make your own, and that is because Western style store-bought stock may have a flavour that doesn't work as well with that dish. Trust me, make a bunch, freeze them in bags (in small amounts for convenient thawing), and you'll be glad you did! Flavoured with a simple, classic Thai marinade, then roasted on a bed of Thai herbs, this chicken is infused with subtle Thai aromas and the gravy is just out of this world! Wonton Soup Recipe เกี้ยวนำ้ - Hot Thai Kitchen

Wonton soup is the ultimate comfort food, and this recipe is really easy to make at home! Once you've made these wontons you can also deep fry them for an appetizer if you'd like. The broth here is great as a base for any kind of noodle soup! I'm using pork and shrimp as a filling because that's the classic version in Thailand, but you can also change pork to chicken or use only pork or only chicken if you'd like.
